A Grimsby teenager has designed a flag for the town of Grimsby

Officers were called by the ambulance service to Alexandra Road at 7:30am

The substance is being sold in small zip bags bearing the emblem of a black pitbull, police say.

Four men and a woman are arrested in Leeds, Bradford and Grimsby.

Henry Froggatt, 25, from Cleethorpes, has been “classed as a dangerous offender”, police say.

Officers received reports of concern for a man’s safety yesterday at a property on Alexandra road
